The Octopode Factory New Challenge

July 7th 2011

Lily at The Octopode Factory has started a new Challenge Blog and this first theme is "Alice in Wonderland"!!! I have several Octopode digis but not an Alice so I decided to turn 'Steampunk Violet' into a very "late" Alice LOL!!! She shouldn't be running late for the tea party with all those clocks but she is and I have to say she looks a bit deistressed about it!!

"I'm late, I'm late."

I've made the background with a new Cuttlebug embossing folder I bought recently "Clockworks". It will be great for all sorts of things especially Steampunk! I've rubbed a stamp pad over it to colour the clocks. I printed the "I'm late" wording onto the card after it was embossed. The tea set image is from a freebie sheet from Rian Design. And of course the "Alice" image is from The Octopode Factory - "Steampunk Violet" is her real name!!!

Remember each Friday is a new challenge and you don't have to use Octopode images but if you do you will be entered into a prize draw!

  3. This is amazing!!!! I just LOVE your cards. They are so cool. I had to set all my clock again. The power keeps going out. Not long just long enough to have to set the clocks. LOL I feel just like Violet.
