Fae Fairy Embellished!

June 1st 2012


Smudgy Antics have an "Embellish it" Challenge this week so I've used a new image (to me!!!) from Smeared Ink "Girl Fae Fairy" and have made this Black/Red/White card.


The requirement was to use at least 3 embellishments: I've used red braid behind the image, diamantis on the fairy image, red brads on the Smeared Ink "Fleurish" background and black ribbon & red cord on the spine!

I'm also entering this card at the Delicious Doodles Challenge "Diamonds are Forever" as I have added diamanti "bling" to Fae's Wings!

    This is awesome! I love that you've used the Smeared Ink flourish to create a background paper! Very elegant looking. I really like that you left the image as line art. It gives a very sophisticated look. Great use of bling. I especially like the fae's wings. Thanks for sharing with Smudgy Antics :)
