Well I have caught up with sharing all my 2013 creations so am ready for January 1st and 2014 creations!

I made this card using the Gesso Resist technique and gorgeous image from Michele Perkett - available at her Etsy Store. I actually printed the image twice onto my card - once in black and if you look closely you will see a bigger image printed in an earthy tone.

I added photo corners, Tim Holtz ticket. paper flower & charm and some little butterfly punchies.

I decided that in 2014 I need to try some more techniques with ink, paint and the like to get more creative and messy LOL!!!!

The little boy fishing on this card started out as an ATC and then I needed a birthday card for a boy so I added some more layers and wording and ended up with this! Image is from A Day for Daisies.

Well you still have a couple of days to enter the last challenge of 2013 at the Just Some Lines Blog and then get ready for our challenges in 2014!!! Our theme is Christmas or Winter and there are some great freebies at the blog for you to use to enter. I "adapted" this gorgeous little shepherdess by adding a little collage xmas hat and some wording from a Christmas Carol. LOL it's almost a CAS card and that is very unusual for me!!!!!

A reminder for our "Happy Holidays" Challenge at the Wicked Wednesday ATC Blog!! I recently purchased this so cute Xmas elf from Sweet Pea Stamps and thought she was perfect for my reminder post! Basically I just printed her out, coloured her with Copic Markers, mounted the image on gold card and added some star gems!

I loved this image so much that I decided to make 2 cards - one in traditional xmas colours and the other non traditional - hence my two samples below!! I love how these turned out and it's always great to see how different an image looks in different colour tones!

Merry Xmas everyone!!! For today (xmas day) I am sharing a Xmas card I made using image from the fabulous Bombshell Stamp Set - "Gingerbread Pin-Ups" - LOL I wanted to have some fun for my xmas day post so I just had to share this!

I hope everyone has a wonderful day and enjoys the time off - for us it is the only day off we will have had for several months and the only day off for the next few months as this is our Business' busy time - so we intend to relax and probably indulge in a "nanna nap" at some point during the day LOL!!!

I made this card sometime back while I was a member of the Dude Time Doodles DT but never had the chance to add it to my blog - I am clearing my desk ready for 2014 so am sharing it now for xmas! 

This bloke has a real "Aussie" look to him LOL!!! Relaxing with a bottle of beer in the sun!!! I think I have the perfect person to give this card to!!!!

A change from Xmas themed creations!!! This set of cards are my DT creations for Gecko Galz using new December collage images from the "With a Glance" Collage Sheets plus gorgeous blue & white "Blue Willow" Digital Papers. 

I just love making this style of card and I can never make just one card LOL I just keep changing the layout of each one and end up with a set!!! Sorry about all the photos but I just couldn't stop!!!

Lace, braid, pearls & gems were all from my stash along with the black backing card.

I have actually used 3 JSL images for my card - the cute little Eskimos plus the Xmas Trees plus the window Frame - LOL I thought I was very clever to put them all together to make my little window scene! The "Merry Christmas" word art I did on the computer. Background is stamp pads swiped directly onto the card.

A card made quite some time ago using a little bottle cap image from Paper Imagery Designs and spirelli xmas trees - Spirelli templates are from CS Designs - and an embossed background. I think I took this with my old camera so the photo is not as good but you can still get the xmas cheer!!!

Christmas Elf

Today I am sharing a decorated Xmas gift bag and also a card using a cute Xmas Elf from Angie Delarie Scrapbooking. the gift bag uses a pre coloured image and the card was a plain image which I coloured with my Copic Markers.

You may be able to tell that I am trying to get all my xmas "makes" shared before xmas LOL!!! I want to start the new year with a clean slate - well that's the plan anyway!!

Sharing 2 cards today using the same image but different colour combos - the first card is a precoloured image from Angie Delarie Scrapbooking - I just love the colours - pink always my favourite LOL & great for a non traditional style xmas card!!!

The second card is just the non coloured image printed on kraft card and then my favourite colour combo of black & craft to put the card together!

I actually made these card quite awhile ago but hadn't shared them on my blog so I thought I'd better get organised or it would be next xmas before I added them!

Kraft & Black Yet Again!!!

Well I just couldn't resist using these Maigan Lynn images (available at the Queen Kat Store) on some kraft & black colour combo cards - I am always happy with how this colour combo comes out so I never get sick of creating with these colours!

Last time I created with these 2 images I coloured them with soft pastel colours so these cards are quite different to the last two I made - isn't it great how colour can change the look of things.

I added some die cuts, lace & braid and little pearls & sparkly stones. Maigan always has the most gorgeous designs which I love creating with!
