Just couldn't resist some "Creepmas" creations with this fab "Skull Bulb" digi by Hellgnome's Death Digis - available at the Inked Artist Avenue Etsy Store!!! We have a Facebook Group too so make sure you pop along to get more inspiration from the rest of the DT!!

I had a set of 4 gelli printed tags and I used 2 yesterday to make some more traditional tags LOL and these 2 were perfect for these "Creepmas" style tags! Digi stamp coloured with copics and fussy cut. I added some ink sprayed muslin cloth, red cotton and ribbon along with computer generated sentiment and to finish I edged the tags with red "Smooch". Perfectly creepy for Creepmas!!!

I'm linking these up to the Dream in Darkness Blog for this month - just perfect for their dark themed blog!

I've added "Treena" to a journal page with paper towel ink "mop up" background and gesso through a dotty stencil along with some washi tape, Treena's sentiment and "present" from the Holiday Collage sheet also available in the Vera Lane Studio Store! Love how colourful this turned out!

All is Calm All is Bright....

December 2nd 2018

A new challenge at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Blog - "W is for Winter" and this Vera Lane Studio Gal in blue is perfect! she is from the Irish Luck set of digis and I added a Xmas hat from the Boutique Hats set to make her a festive character!

Patterned papers are from a digital set by We Are 3 and were perfect for this xmas card.

I used my sewing machine to sew the patterned papers to black backing card and then assembled all the bits and pieces including the digi stamps onto the card.

Blank Page Muse Stamps Xmas Blog Hop!!!

December 1st 2018

Welcome to the Blank Page Muse Stamps Blog Hop! We are getting ready for Xmas and have lots of Xmas inspiration for you from the DT - CLICK HERE to visit the Blog and get the links to all of the fab creations we have made for you! Make sure you comment by December 8th on ALL the blogs on the hop for your chance to win a prize!!!!!!!

Hope you like the ornament I have made - it is really easy to put together - here's a quick run thought of how I made it:

Grab yourself some store bought xmas hanging ornaments - I found these glitter star wreaths which were perfect!

Because I am a bit of a "Bah Humbug" at Xmas I would rather use stamps I have and give them a Xmas "twist" so stamp out the Llama from the Happy Day Llama Set by Pam Bray and colour with your fav medium - copics used here. Once coloured fussy cut the stamped image.

Gather some embellishments like paper leaves and flowers along with some coloured twine you can tie to make a bow and arrange on your wreath base.

Glue all the elements to the wreath and allow to dry.

And now you have a quick and easy but lovely looking "upcycled" ornament for your tree!

Remember to visit all of our Social Media sites for more inspiration!!!

Hellgnomes Death Digis: "20000 Leagues Under The Sea..."

November 22nd 2018

Sharing a new Hellgnomes Death Digi available at Etsy in Steph's Inked Artist Avenue Store - "Eye Full"!!!

I coloured this digi with pastel pencils and fussy cut to add to a journal page. It made me think of Jules Verne's novel "20000 Leagues Under The Sea". I used gel medium to cover the whole page with muslin cloth - once dry I used various coloured ink sprays to colour the background. Added some fishing net and fishing line attachments along with some "droplet" stickers. Wording is computer generated on kraft paper and torn out and adhered to the page.

I'm linking this creation up at the Dream in Darkness Blog - always love to share my "darker" creations at their blog!
