The Age of Aquarius...

A new challenge at Wicked Wednesday this week and a great theme of "Aquarius". For my ATC I have used a gorgeous image from Michelle Perkett "Angelica" - I love her flowing hair and the starfish. I added a starfish embellishment with some string along with a few blue gems for some sparkle. Can't wait to see the entries for this challenge!

Mary Mary Quite Contrary...

Today I am sharing another page in my mini journal which I have made for Week 2 of the Journal 52 prompts "A Simple Place".

 



 

 

My page is a simple garden theme using a new image from the February Gecko Galz "Blarney" Collage Sheets. I painted the page with Fireworks Sprays (the nozzles are blocked and they wont spray so I had to use a paintbrush!!!) I stamped Dylusions images in the background and fussy cut the collage image and glued on top. And I can't believe I did some handwriting around the image!

 

I'm enjoying the Journal 52 Prompts although I am a bit behind but am just working at my own pace.

Don't Feel Blue in Paris....

My card today is in blue tones - blue is a colour I don't use a lot but it does look nice and soft! Image is one of the new releases at the Queen Kat Designs Store - a perfect Valentine's image. Patterned digital papers are from Gidget Designs Etsy Store. I layered this card, added a ribbon and also added some beads to some hat pins and put on the side of the card.

 



Valentine's Day ATC

A perfect theme for the Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge this week - "Valentine's Day" - which is fast approaching!!! We have a new sponsor for this challenge and the heart frame on my ATC is from Eureka Stamps! I printed it onto some patterned paper and coloured the border with a darker pink Copic Marker. The vintage style woman and cupcake collage images are from iTkUpiLLi. I really like how this came out - vintage style with a bit of a modern look! 

I don't think there are any excuses for not creating an ATC for this challenge!!
