February Challenge at Anya, Oddies & Others.....

A new challenge running until Feb 20th when we will change our blog a little and start our challenge each month on the 20th! February Fitztown Challenge....

Time for a new challenge at the Fitztown Challenge Blog where I am a guest designer again this month! theme as always is Anything Goes BUT you can choose to use the "Optional Twist" on your creation too which this month is "Have a Heart" - perfect for February and upcoming Valentine's Day!!

 

This gorgeous image is from "Last Enchanter" available at the Fitztown Store. Background card and wording cut from Silhouette files - just perfect for my heart themed card! We would love to see your creations - you have until the end of the month to enter!

There are some amazingly FUN new stamps at the JessicaLynnOriginal Store they are called "Punnys"!!!! This set is actually called "Puppet on a String" (but I actually cut the strings off). There are several others as well - I have another to share soon - make sure you check them out!!! If you love fun stamps and like to create humour you will love them!

I couldn't resist linking them to "The Sound of Music" theme - it's exactly what they reminded me of when I saw the goat!! Now of course I have that song stuck in my head LOL!

Sweet Pea Progressive FB Challenge Part 2....

A great "progressive" challenge at the Sweet Pea Stamps Facebook Group! I don't think I have ever done a progressive challenge before but I really love Sweet Pea Stamps so I've joined this and so far I'm keeping up!!

 

This is my second creation - I will post my initial creation soon - working out of order but this one is still open and even if you didn't start off you can still purchase this image at the store and join in and then get your next image free! all the details are at the FB Group & this second challenge runs until Feb 9th so there's still time to join!

Background for my tag was some "left over" inks and paints from another tag I made - I used this tag to "mop up" my sheet - great way of getting several bases prepared! I then printed the image direct to the tag, added some rub on decals, a bit of basic Copic outlining and some ink stained ribbon at the top! I kept it flat so it could be used as a bookmark.

I'm so looking forward to getting the next image to work on!

Inspire Your Heart with Art Day......

We're having a Link Up Party at the Unruly Paperarts Site for "Inspire your Heart with Art Day" - there are a few little "stipulations" so make sure you read the post before linking up! Let's see your creations to celebrate this day!! I've made this very pin tag - pink is one of my favourite colours to colour and create with and I'm a big dog lover so this JessicaLynnOriginal stamp was just the perfect match and I love to cut with my Silhouette (the "woof") so overall this tag combined lots of my favourite things to use when I create and "inspire my heart"!!!!!

 

Now I'm also linking this up to the Tag Along Challenge Blog because they just happen to have a "Think Pink" theme this week - perfect!!!
