Easter Tag
March 21st 2013
I am sharing one of my creations for Gecko Galz this month using new Vintage Style Easter Collage images - background images and main "bunny" image are from the new sheets released this month. My tag is based on Tim Holtz 12 Tags of 2013 for March - as usual I added my own interpretation using what I had at hand. I am also entering my tag in the current "Vintage Easter" challenge at Sugar Creek Hollow.

Gecko Galz 30 Days of Valentine's Day!
January 24th 2013
Have you been checking the Gecko Galz site? The 30 days of Valentine's Day has started and a new card with instructions has been showcased each day! It's my turn today so make sure you pop over and check out the details!
My card uses patterned papers and digital image from the new January release collections which you can purchase so pop over and take a look - you can see the cards already showcased from the other DT members as well!
I almost forgot to link this up to the current challenge at Sugar Creek Hollow for their Tic Tac Toe Challenge - I used Lace & Ribbon & Pearls from the board (the middle row)!!
And I also remembered I used this months sketch from the CLP Challenge Blog to layout my card so have linked up there as well!!

New Baby Gift!
December 18th 2012
A couple of creations made using the new December Gecko Galz products - images from "Baby Mine" Collage sheets.
I bought some handmade natural soaps in pink & blue from my local health store and "wrapped" them with shimmery corrugated card, tied with ribbon and added the baby images on little handmade tags.
I'm entering these in the current Sugar Creek Hollow "For a Gift" Challenge!

Heavenly Angels!
December 1st 2012
These xmas cards are showcasing some of the new Digital images available from Gecko Galz - these angels are just gorgeous & perfect for my cards which I am entering at Sugar Creek Hollow for their Vintage Christmas challenge. I've gone with a blue & silver colour theme and have "highlighted" the images with soft yellow & blue Copic Markers.

Xmas Angel Hangers
November 8th 2012
My new creations using some collage images from the new November release "Vintage Angels" sheets at Gecko Galz this month!! These little ornaments would be great for the xmas tree!! Make sure you check out all the new products at Gecko Galz for this month and you will find more great inspiration in the Design Team Gallery at the site!!
I printed the angel heads onto thick textured cardstock - added some mesh fabric, feathers, charms, stars, a paper rose and made a little loop at the back so they can be hung up!!
I chose to add pink & gold embellishments to the cream "dresses" on each angel so I could enter them in the new Sugar Creek Hollow Challenge "Cream Plus Two"!!

If Nothing Ever Changed...
September 30th 2012
This fabric hanging has been made with images from Paper Imagery Designs along with a computer generated quote and has been hand stitched by myself. I love making little fabric hangings and I particularly love the quote:
This is for the challenge the Inspired By Challenge Blog based on the inspiration picture - I've gone with nature & neutral earthy tones. I'm also entering this at the new challenge at Sugar Creek Hollow "Things with Wings - Birds, Butterflies and even Bats". There is some great DT inspiration at the blog - gorgeous vintage/shabby chic style creations! I'm also entering my fabric hanging in the current "Brown Tones" Challenge at the It's All About the Vintage Blog. I'm also joining the "Fall into Fall" Challenge at Frilly & Funkie with these earthy tones.
