Blank Page Muse: Paper Doll Dream!

January 6th 2024

Happy New Year! Can you believe it's now 2024? Time flies!
Hope one of your new year's resolutions is to make more creative time for yourself!

Today I'm sharing a journal page using some of the fabulous "clear" stamps available in store - have you seen them? Lots to choose from and a great range of little "planner" stamps for those of you who love to decorate your diaries!

I've used these items for my "arty doll" page today:
Dots & Spots Stencil by Donna Gray
Hearts Stencil by Magda Polakow

I used collage paper from my stash and paint for the background along with patterned stamps from the clear stamp set.
I stamped the "corner" stamp and main doll image onto patterned paper from the Sweet Passion paper pack - just love the pink colours!
I used a "head" from a Tim Holtz paper doll and adhered to the paper doll.
I adhered all the stamped paper to the journal background and stamped the "dream" word onto the page.
Some splatters and a page border to finish off!

***Remember to us the code BPMSharon at the store for 15% off ***
So many fab stamps to choose from!
Note: you can use the code at either the IBFS Store OR the BPM Store - why not do an order from each and increase your stash!

And visit the social media sites for more stamping fun!

Xmas Angel Hangers

November 8th 2012

My new creations using some collage images from the new November release "Vintage Angels" sheets at Gecko Galz this month!! These little ornaments would be great for the xmas tree!! Make sure you check out all the new products at Gecko Galz for this month and you will find more great inspiration in the Design Team Gallery at the site!!

I printed the angel heads onto thick textured cardstock - added some mesh fabric, feathers, charms, stars, a paper rose and made a little loop at the back so they can be hung up!!

I chose to add pink & gold embellishments to the cream "dresses" on each angel so I could enter them in the new Sugar Creek Hollow Challenge "Cream Plus Two"!!

Forever Button Doll

October 6th 2012

A great challenge at Creavil - "Dolls" so I have made this little button doll to enter - I haven't made a button doll for awhile so it was a great excuse to join their art doll challenge!! This little creation is a great way to use up scraps & odds & sods!! Face stamp is from an Australian Company "Studio Astarte" which I believe has closed down. Buttons, fibres, card & wire all from my stash of bits & pieces!
